1. Brief description of equipment

The comprehensive training device for air-conditioning and refrigeration consists of an air-conditioning system and a dual-temperature cold storage system. It mainly strengthens students' comprehensive professional skills in the design and installation of air-conditioning and cold storage systems, electrical wiring, working condition debugging, fault diagnosis and maintenance, and the use of refrigeration tools.

The system consists of two parts: an electrical control system and a pipeline system. The two systems are separated independently. The electrical control system is composed of a power supply with leakage protection function and an assessment module, a split heat pump air-conditioning electrical control module and a dual-temperature cold storage electrical control module. The pipeline system is divided into two types: heat pump air conditioner and dual temperature cold storage.

The equipment has an intelligent fault assessment function, which can conduct training and assessment on the electrical control system of air-conditioning and dual-temperature cold storage for students.

2. Equipment characteristics

Four, structure and composition

The air-conditioning and refrigeration comprehensive training device is mainly composed of three parts: an air-conditioner installation platform, a cold storage unit, an electric control system platform, and a dual-temperature cold storage cabinet.

1. Air conditioner installation platform:

1) The installation platform adopts aluminum profile as the frame, which is composed of a "simulation wall" and a base. The indoor unit and outdoor unit are installed on the simulation wall and the base respectively.

2) The installation location of the outdoor unit and the indoor unit and the pipeline connection of the internal and external units can be installed and connected according to technical requirements and specifications. Students can position and open holes on the wooden board according to their needs, and train students on the installation and operation of air conditioners.

3) The wiring of all electrical components of the air conditioner is led to the outside, and students can connect them to the electrical control module of the air conditioner on the electronic control system platform according to the measurement and judgment of the electrical components.

4) The platform feet are equipped with silent universal wheels with locks for easy movement.

2. Cold storage unit, electronic control system platform:

1) The platform adopts aluminum profile as the main frame, and sheet metal plates as auxiliary materials. The desktop is spliced by industrial aluminum profiles with grooves for easy installation of training components and equipment. There are drawers under the desktop, which are used to place three training modules: "power supply and assessment module", "air-conditioning electrical control module" and "dual temperature cold storage electrical control module". There is a storage cabinet under the drawer for storing special refrigeration tools, vacuum pumps, and refrigerant cylinders.

2) The front part of the aluminum profile desktop is provided with a wiring area that combines a terminal block and a sheath jack, which serves as a connection transition area between the electrical training unit box and the controlled component. Wire troughs are installed around the desktop, which is simple and beautiful.

3) The cold storage unit adopts Taikang refrigeration unit, including hermetic compressor, air-cooled fin condenser, accumulator, unit valve, etc. The power supply is AC 220V-240V, 50Hz; the compressor power is 7/16P; the fluorine-free environmental protection R134A refrigerant is used. The unit is installed on the training table. It is equipped with cooling devices such as filter drier and sight glass.

4) Power supply and assessment module: The module includes a single-phase leakage protection switch, a digital display voltmeter, a digital display ammeter, a dual three-core socket, an intelligent fault assessor, etc.

5) Intelligent fault assessment device: It is composed of LCD screen, PVC keyboard, fault assessment interface, single-chip microcomputer and memory. It has functions such as fault setting, fault clearing, and score query.

6) Air-conditioning electrical control module: It adopts the form of wiring terminals and schematic diagrams plus measuring points. A safety sheath jack is installed on the upper part of the module board. The input and control output of some devices are led to the safety sheath jack on the panel, which is convenient The wiring of the control circuit and the executive components will deepen students' understanding and mastery of the peripheral circuits of the electrical control system.
